I just got my Rise 25 and i am using windows, i followed the quick start guide and have installed everything then i plugged it in and the sliders and x,y pad worked fine both in Dashboard and in equator but none of the keys do.
I have tried everything i can think of but nothing works.
It boils down to being a firmware bug or a hardware related problem.
