Are the lights on your Live/Loop/Touch Block behaving erratically?

Does connection with NOISE seem intermittent?


If so, you may want to check two things:


1. How your Live/Loop/Touch Blocks are connected

The Live/Loop/Touch Blocks can be connected to NOISE both via Bluetooth or through the Lightpad and Seaboard Block's DNA connectors. However, connection can be intermittent if you attempt to connect them both ways simultaneously.


For best results, physically connect Live/Loop/Touch Blocks to the Lightpad/Seaboard Block via DNA connectors when possible.


Connect via Bluetooth only if used physically separate from the Lightpad or Seaboard Block.


If connection via DNA connectors is unreliable, make sure that the DNA connectors are clean.


2. Your Live/Loop/Touch Block firmware version

To make sure your Blocks are behaving correctly, it's worth checking that their firmware is up to date. To do this, please follow the instructions in this article.


If you continue experiencing unexpected behavior, it's a good idea to reset your Blocks.
