Update your LUMI firmware via the LUMI Music app:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Check that you have the latest version of LUMI Music app installed by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open and log into the LUMI Music app.
Power on your LUMI Keys.
Connect your LUMI Keys to the LUMI Music app following the on-screen instructions.
Leave your LUMI Keys connected to the app for at least 10 minutes.
Power off your LUMI Keys by pressing and holding down the power button for 2 seconds.
Your LUMI’s power and octave buttons (< >) should flash white in sequence - this indicates that the firmware update is underway.
After the power buttons have stopped flashing please turn your LUMI Keys back on - the firmware update is now complete.
To check your LUMI Keys has the correct firmware installed, open the LUMI Music app and connect to your LUMI Keys, navigate to the “Achievements page”, scroll right and select “About” - the Firmware version should now have changed.
LUMI Keys firmware updates are automatically started from the app. If your LUMI Keys doesn’t appear to update - as described in step 8 - please follow step 10 to see if the firmware update has already been installed on your LUMI Keys.
