This guide will show you how to update your Piano M using ROLI Dashboard on your computer.


Downloading Connect and Dashboard


  1. First, download ROLI Connect from here: roli.com/start. 
  2. Ensure that ROLI Connect is on version 1.4.1 before continuing. You can check the version number in the three-dot menu > About. 
  3. Once Connect is up to date, install or update ROLI Dashboard from the Apps tab.




4. After both are installed and updated, proceed to update Piano M's firmware.


Updating the firmware


  1. Open ROLI Connect and launch ROLI Dashboard.

  2. Connect your Piano M to Dashboard using a USB cable. Push the power button to turn it on.

    1.  If you have more than one Piano M, please only connect one at a time.

  3. Select “Updates” on the right side of the Dashboard window next to Piano M’s battery level indicator.

  4. Select “Update now”.

  6. Your Piano M will automatically restart which confirms the update has been completed successfully.
