Update your Piano M via the Learn app:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Check that you have the latest version of Learn installed by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open and log into Learn.
Power on your Piano M.
Connect your Piano M to the Learn app following the on-screen instructions.
Leave your Piano M connected to the app for at least 10 minutes.
Power off your Piano M by pressing and holding down the power button for 2 seconds.
Your Piano M's power and octave buttons (< >) should flash white in sequence - this indicates that the firmware update is underway.
After the power buttons have stopped flashing please turn your Piano M back on - the firmware update is now complete.
To check your Piano M has the correct firmware installed, open the Learn app and connect to your Piano M, navigate to the “Achievements page”, scroll right and select “About” - the Firmware version should now have changed.
Piano M firmware updates are automatically started from the app. If your Piano M doesn’t appear to update - as described in step 8 - please follow step 10 to see if the firmware update has already been installed on your Piano M.
