How to start your ROLI Learn Membership without an activation code


This article explains how to activate your ROLI Learn Membership if you haven't purchased a pre-paid activation code.


Before activating your ROLI Learn Membership, we recommend registering your Piano M.


Please note that ROLI Learn isn’t bundled free with any ROLI devices. If you have a pre-paid ROLI Learn Membership code, click here to learn how to start a subscription.




Starting your ROLI Learn Subscription is straightforward but before you begin you'll need:



Step 1:

Head to ROLI.com signin. Login to your account if prompted.


Step 2:

Click Manage my Piano & App:


Step 3:

Click Subscribe:


Step 4:

1. In the popup window, select your Membership tier (Solo / Family*), click Next:

*Family Membership allows up to 5 users under a single account.


2. Now choose your billing cycle (Monthly / Yearly*), click Next:

*Yearly plans include a significant discount and offer the best value.


Step 5:

After clicking Next, the payment screen will appear. You'll see the payment amount, along with the details of your subscription billing cycle, renewal rate*, and ROLI Learn Membership tier (Solo / Family).


If you notice that you are being charged in the wrong currency please do not continue. Scroll down to learn how to switch currency.

Enter your payment card details, then click Pay and subscribe to complete the setup process. You may be prompted to complete additional security checks by your bank at this stage:


*You can cancel your subscription in your account portal before your renewal date to turn off auto-renewal. 


Step 6:

Once your membership has been activated, you’ll see confirmation window. From there, simply install the ROLI Learn app on your chosen device and sign in using your ROLI account details to being learning!




Troubleshooting

My payment card details aren't being accepted

Carefully check all of your billing information and try again. If you continue to experience issues, please try an alternative card.


My Membership is being charged in the wrong currency

  1. Click the back button in your browser to return to the Learn Products page of your account.

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and locate the currency button at the bottom right:

  3. Click the currency button which will open the currency selector, and chose your preferred currency:


  4. After selecting your chosen currency you will return to the Learn Products page of your account. Click Activate subscription and continue from Step 4.2 above.
