If you are experiencing audio problems when using the LUMI app, the best way of improving the audio performance of the app is by deactivating Speed Control and Enhanced Audio in App Settings.
What is Speed Control?
Speed Control gives you the option to slow down the song in Practice mode. Disabling this feature is a temporary fix for some devices - we are looking into implementing a way for all users to slow down songs in a future update.
What is Enhanced Audio?
Enhanced Audio adds some atmosphere to the piano sound in the app. Disabling this will give a drier sound but the audio performance should improve.
How to deactivate audio features
Open the app, and tap the Achievements symbol in the bottom-right corner.
This will take you to Your profile.
Scroll down (iPhone/Android) or across (iPad) to Settings and tap App Settings.
Tap the sliders to toggle Speed Control and/or Enhanced Audio on or off.
